It IS NOT the job of a US Senator to align with the policies their party is supporting!
Their job is to DO WHAT IS BEST FOR THE AMERICAN CITIZENS IN THEIR STATE!

And just in case you're too dumb to realize it, WV IS A MAJOR COAL PRODUCING STATE!
So before anyone as dumb as you recommends charging a sitting US Senator with a death-penalty crime, explain why Manchin should be voting in favor of a demented and corrupt president who has promised repeatedly TO BANKRUPT THE FOSSIL FUEL INDUSTRY, which would do drastic damage TO HIS CONSTITUENTS, and likely cause him to be defeated in the next election as a result.
