When you hit reply. It should say "upload image" under the text field. Click that link. If yiu have an imaged saved from fb or wherever, it should pull up a list to choose from....

Hey...I had to learn it just like you did. You're not stupid by any stretch. Of course I had the advantage of being "good looking AND humble". Some pictures I can't copy and paste...then you have to copy the link to the picture. Sometime we're just SOL....
